What I think is of special mention is your knowledge of the training processes, injury prevention and overall health perspective.
My metabolic rate has improved and my weight loss has been sustainable. My endurance, stamina and overall health condition has also undergone a huge improvement.
At my age (58 years) , this is no mean achievement! You take extreme care during training and ensure full value to the time, effort and money spent in the process. I have also enjoyed your happy, amiable and positive personality and is something that I will miss.
